Excellent service, prior install the communication was good with a clear process to follow. The installation was simple they turned up on time and placed the charger exactly where I wanted it. They did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves. Also the price was less than I had been quoted by other Rolec installers. Thanks

We used Plugitingroup on recommendation by our Garage and we were not disappointed. The installation date was straight after the Christmas break and with all the restrictions with Covid this still went ahead. Everything from punctuality to assessing and checking, was completed very efficiently by Jack, an excellent communicator and a very professional and tidy worker. Our car was delivered to our home whilst the charging unit fitting was being completed, which meant we could test it with Jack showing us – an ideal situation. Jack also helped us to install the App. We would have no hesitation in recommending The Plugitingroup.

A week ago Josh and his apprentice Jack came to our house and were quite frankly brilliant. It was not an easy job given that rough stone wall that needed to be chipped away to fit the recess kit, but they just carried on doing the job without a fuss. They were also very tidy, cleaning up as they want along and dare I say our garage floor was cleaner when they left than when the job was started. They were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Plug It In to anyone.
